BASiC

The City of Baldwin Park, Department of Recreation and Community Services offers Before and After School Care through the BASiC program. This program is conducted through the Esther Snyder Community Center, but is offered here at Vineland Elementary School. The Before & After School Care (BASiC) Program is designed to guide and safeguard children, while parents are at work.
