BASiC

The City of Baldwin Park, Department of Recreation and Community Services offers Before and After School Care through the BASiC program. This program is conducted at the Esther Snyder Community Center. The Before & After School Care (BASiC) Program is designed to guide and safeguard children, while parents are at work.
